Epilepsy Awareness Run - Run for 1 in 026

On March 26, 2026 (Purple Day), Beyond Epilepsy Africa partnered with Roadwork.rw for a 5km awareness run through Kigali. The campaign message was "Run for 1 in 026" using the date itself as the statistic. Because 1 in 26 people will develop epilepsy in their lifetime. That is not a small number. That is someone in your family, your office, your church, your street. We ran for them.
